Sushi Done WRONG – As far as sushi places go this one is the worst of the lot for the supposed "hip" spots. It is over crowded, the staff are rude, the sushi is far from fresh and it is served in a manner that takes away form the flavor. Sushi is about subtle tastes, not Burger King Super Sized portions. I had to laugh as mostly the "hip" crowd oohed and ahhed over the size..as if that was the reason to eat sushi. If you are into size you will be better served at Mickey D's or the BK lounge. Worth the wait – Go early...Really early.. Youll still have over an hour wait. Go to starbuck have a coffee. I definitely would not go if its raining. The sushi is very sizeable, but i'd recommend a donburi or udon if it would take a lot of sushi to fill you up

Bigger But Not Better – This place is worth the visit (and very long wait) just to see how gigantic the sushi is. It's definitely something. But the food itself is just okay, and the miso soup isn't that good, so it's not worth the wait the second time around. Mio Sushi on NW Johnson is the best sushi in town. But if you're broke and are just looking to fill up, Saburo's is the place for you.

Size matters – I am not fond of the sushi here because the pieces are just too big to eat in one bite. Some people like that, but when it comes to sushi, delicate is better, in my opinion. I also don't like that you have to order everything at once. Part of the experience is ordering as you go, and stopping when you're full. I prefer Koji or Mio Sushi. I would probably recommend it to friends, but I don't know that I'd return.
