Joining Ryan Fit Hub has literally changed my life. I was always that person who dreaded going to the gym, feeling intimidated and not really knowing what I was doing. If you hate commercial gyms like me, then you need to come here. Going to the gym no longer feels like a task, in fact I get ‘FOMO’ if I’m not there You may walk in as a stranger but you will leave being part of a tribe! The healthiest addiction worth keeping up for you and your future self.

Joining RyanFitHub at the start of the year was something totally new and different for me. I’ve always enjoyed team sports but this was something I wanted to do individually to improve my strength as I got older. And what a difference it has made! I now feel strong, eat better and have dropped a few kgs without really trying. The people I’ve met are friendly and the coaches aren’t bad either . I’m glad I made the decision to join.
