We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ryan Ogden has been extremely helpful from the beginning. We had initially intended to FSBO and we are so glad that we decided to use Ryan instead! Not only did he help use get our home under contract but, he is helping us find another home without feeling pressured to find one RIGHT NOW! He really just wants us to find the right home. I would recommend Ryan to anyone and I will admit, I brag a little now to everyone I know. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan is the nicest most down to earth agent I have ever seen. Not only does he cut his commissions to make it the most lucrative for us to sell with him, but we can almost beat any offer because of his low commissions when he represents us as buyers as well! Genuinely a great guy and I'll be referring many people to him because of his standards and work ethic. You know you have someone watching out for you when you are working with Ryan

Ryan Ogden sold my home and helped me purchase a new home. Ryan is an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He exceeded my expectations with his service. Ryan was always available for us and we were very satisfied with him. I have already referred several friends and family to him. I will use him in the future. I highly recommend him.

Ryan helped us by a beautiful house in Riverdale at a great price. He showed us lots of homes and throughout the entire process was always available and never pushy. He was honest and had experience in building homes so he could tell us if we should be concerned about anything in the house. Ryan is very knowledgeable, motivated and client oriented. He sold a home for us and from listing to close it took less than 90 days. We will definitely be using Ryan in the future to purchase a new home.

I recently sold my second property through Rayn . All though the other agent involved was not what you would call cooperative. The sale went through with out a hitch this thanks to Ryan's knowledge of the real-estate laws. Thanks for helping to get this sale complete. I will use Ryan again with my next purchase and you should as well he will save you $$$. And ensure you get the most for your dollar.

Ryan helped us with our first home purchase last year. He was awesome to work with. He has in depth knowledge about the neighborhoods, home construction and the entire home purchasing process, The best part is that he gives back 50% of his commission to the customer. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for a realtor. :-)

Ryan goes far beyond any realtor. He is easy to work with and charges some of the lowest (if not the lowest) commission without sacrificing quality. I would choose Ryan everytime I thought about buying or selling. Thanks, Ryan
