We heard about Ryan from a friend that had a great experience with him. My wife and I were just living in a duplex with a pretty good deal for rent. Ryan has now helped me with two home purchases and one home sale. He used to build homes and knows way more about homes then your average realtor. On the first home we bought through Ryan we put in an offer on a short sale but it was rejected until Ryan noticed that the home included the square footage of the garage.
