Ryan is great! We sold our condo and he made the process so easy! When any issues came up, he quickly took care of them and was a great communicator. I would highly recommend Ryan. We will be using him when we sell our next home!

Ryan Ogden is by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. Ryan always kept his word and was on top of every detail. He’s personable and professional. First of all, THANK YOU RYAN!! My wife and I just bought our first home, and like so many others, we were trying to do it on our own. By way of fate, we stumbled across Ryan. He was upfront with us about the buying and searching process. He was never pushy, and always kept us informed of the new homes, that we would be interested in, being listed. Ryan was very good to work with. He knew what he was talking about and had experience to back it up. We had to counter on a offer and he had good tips and suggestions on what was a good deal and what we should look for in an offer. Also, when it came to listing our house he had comprehensive market research for our neighborhood that helped us list at a competitive price.

Ryan was amazing, he bent over backwards to help us get into the right home for us. I would recommend Ryan to anyone. I actually did recommend him to my brother and he was great for him also. I honestly didn't think we were going to find a home but Ryan made it happen.

It’s not often you get to wright a review like this, we can’t say enough good things about Ryan. Over the last year we had sold 2 different home using two different agents. Then when we started our home search we talked to numerous others. Based on our experience none of these agents could stack up to Ryan. We googled realtors in our area and Ryan popped up, so I gave him a call. I'm sure glad that I did! We were only available nights and weekends to look at houses and he sure did accommodate with time away from his family to help our family find a place to live. He's very knowledgeable about geographical area, took our wish list and made it a reality. Very responsive, respectful, and has a good since of humor, we sure did give him hell and had a great time along the way!

As first time home buyers, we were niave and nervous for the home buying process.
