We listed our home with Ryan and it sold in 12 days. We also used Ryan to help us find our new home. He was always fast getting us an appointment to see the homes we were interested in. This helped us be the first to make an offer on our dream home we purchased.

Choosing Ryan as our Realtor was the BEST decision we made in our home buying process! We ended up building a townhome and it took much longer than expected. Ryan helped us over the course of a year and made sure that we didn't have any issues with the pages and pages of contracts we had to sign. Ryan was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and gave his input only when asked. He wasn't pushy at all and we felt no pressure from him in any way. He was kind and respectful. I really appreciated that he would always remind us that we needed to do what was best for our family. I will use and recommend him in the future. He was very fair and listed our home for free. He worked so hard for us as well. You'd be crazy NOT to use Ryan!
