We’ve purchased a few homes for ourselves and a ton of investment properties which means we’ve dealt with a ton of realators. Ryan is by far the best agent we’ve worked with. Ive never found someone with the experience, patience, honesty, and the way he cares to take care of his clients (over his commission) until we worked with Ryan. Use him and you won’t regret it!!

We heard about Ryan from a friend that had a great experience with him. My wife and I were just living in a duplex with a pretty good deal for rent. The landlord raised rent so we figured we'd at least look into buying. Ryan was awesome! He was patient with us as we figured out the price range we wanted, where we wanted to live, and all of the other many questions a buyer would have. Ryan has now helped me with two home purchases and one home sale. He used to build homes and knows way more about homes then your average realtor. On the first home we bought through Ryan we put in an offer on a short sale but it was rejected until Ryan noticed that the home included the square footage of the garage. When my husband and I decided to sell our home we were lucky to find Ryan. He kept us informed on every aspect of the sale and helped us work through all the issues that came up (even helping with problems on the buyers end).
