Best experience I have ever had working with a realtor.
Ryan was very good to work with. He knew what he was talking about and had experience to back it up. We had to counter on a offer and he had good tips and suggestions on what was a good deal and what we should look for in an offer. Also, when it came to listing our house he had comprehensive market research for our neighborhood that helped us list at a competitive price.
Ryan was amazing, he bent over backwards to help us get into the right home for us. I would recommend Ryan to anyone. I actually did recommend him to my brother and he was great for him also. I honestly didn't think we were going to find a home but Ryan made it happen.
