Great guy. Laid back, very easy to work with. We've used him twice for both a purchase and sale. Multiple family members have used him as well. He does a great job!

Ryan sold our house in 6 days. He helped us know what was necessary and what wasn't in terms of prepping the house for the sale. He kept his promises and saved us a lot of money. He's the best. We've recommended him many times and trust him.
I needed to sell my house as soon as possible and Ryan was on top of it right away, within a few days we had clients looking at our house and in a couple of months we had our house sold. And at half price we saved money and he even got the other realtor to cut their fee down some and that saved us even more money. So yes i do recommend Ryan Ogden 100 %
I can't imagine another agent being more attentive and dedicated to helping us find the perfect house than Ryan. He stuck with us for two years while we searched and searched, and he never once said a thing about how long it was taking us. He was just always happy to jump up and go see another house. When my boyfriend and I started looking for a house 4 years ago we were lucky enough to find Ryan. Ryan was great! Our home sold in less than one week. He was helpful and knowledgeable. This was our first home sale and he walked us thru the whole process. He or his office always kept us updated on anything that came up.
