Very hands on relator who is always is readably available, a true professional. He answers calls and texts quickly and even has experience in home construction which is helpful in identifying potential issues with a preexisting home purchase. I highly recommend Ryan as a realtor with solid experience.

Awesome guy! Very honest and very quick to respond. Went out of his way to help me when I got into a pinch. Was not pushy to get me to use his services. When I asked him questions he was straight up. If I had another house to sell I would use him. Seriously the best!
Ryan was easy to work with. He gave good ideas on ways to increase property value at low cost. He kept in contact as needed but was not intrusive. He also listened to what my wife and I were looking for in a realtor and stuck to what was asked.

Ryan was very approachable, knew a lot about construction of houses, knew the area along the Wasatch front very well and made himself available. He not only helped us sell our home but he help us buy a built home and took the time to advocate bor us with a very difficult builder and real estate agent for the builder. He became a good friend.
