Took my Kia Sorento in to check out noise from undercarriage. Matt Fisher was my service technician and he was awesome. He took the time to explain everything, was great to text and/or call with updates, gave patient explanations of what was found and the cost, and was honest, did not try to add extra "found issues" and worked with me on the final cost. He also took care of necessary recalls. Such a relief and will be back!
