answer the phone....called 12 times on hold for a least 20 mins each time or answering machine picked up no call back... damaged 2 wheel/ tires bought warranty. dropped of on fri...monday was told warranty guy has to come see 3/4 days..might miss wheel guy only comes wednesdays...1st of all warranty guy can look at photos, why hold up a job? got car back on next fri....there are scuff marks and other damages to both of the repaired wheels...and so much dust on them how you see to repair...so everyone off from dec18 to jan 2.... read more
