Had an oil change today at the Rusty Wallace Kia Express. The two men working the desk were both very friendly and very helpful. I was out in about 1 hour and had oil change, tire rotation and car wash!
I took advantage of an oil change and inspection deal on a weekend. I decided to just wait in their lobby. I was very pleased with how accommodating and comfortable it was. Also, even though they were super busy, the young lady at the front desk ( manager?) was super friendly to everyone that came in the door. They finished up my service and even updated my computer and gave me a complimentary car wash. Can I give 6 stars?? =)

Great service, friendly staff
Way too expensive for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Paid more today than I have in the last 8 years. Will go somewhere else from now on. Love my car and the experience I’ve had up to today but price just was not acceptable.
My appointment was 8 am and I was greeted and was helped right away. The employee was very friendly and informative. My car was washed and After I was done I was walked to my car and thanked. This was excellent customer service.
