I had the best customer service from the newest service manager! I had scheduled an appointment in the service department and there was an issue with loaner cars being available. However, the new service manager offered to drive me to work and drive my car back when it was finished being serviced. I have never had such exceptional service a dealership! I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville.
I had a problem with my 2019 Kia Optima and they gave me a great loaner until it was fixed. They had it figured out in less than an hour. They fixed it SAME DAY, and even brought my car back to me over 30 minutes away!! 10/10 recommend.

Very nice experience. Kenny was very kind and informed us of everything we possibly needed to know about the vehicle. He made sure we got to see every car we needed to see to make a great decision. Tony was delightful and helped us out with getting the rental car returned directly from the Car Lot. The Finance man instilled great confidence by answering all of our questions honestly and explaining everything very clearly. Fantastic experience!!!
