Got a great deal on a used Kia. They listen carefully to what we wanted and what we could afford and then made the recommendations. They did not push us they only answered questions that we ask. Would recommend them again!
When we went to look at and test drive our Telluride we were treated so wonderfully. I was using a walker and my wife’s support to get around and unable to walk on my own. Every staff member we encountered was willing to assist me with the walking and helping me feel comfortable and welcome. That is my idea of customer service.
