It’s not that I don’t recommend Rusty Wallace Kia, not sure if I can recommend Kia vehicle. Had a recall on the airbag. My airbag light came on. Took it in to have that fixed. You would think if there is a recall in the airbag it would cover the airbag system. Not true!!! Recall only covered some type of spring behind steering wheel. Was told it would cost $2000 to repair air bag problem. Bought a Kia. Thought it would be a little more durable. I know things tear up but thought airbag system would be more durable, Oh yea!! My right passenger door would not close! I took the car to Rusty Wallace on Callahan & drove right in! They fixed my car in about an hour! They were very friendly & helpful!
Kia was quick to let me know that the problem I had with my car had a lifetime warranty. I didn’t have to pay anything. Initially they told me that it would take 2–2 1/2 weeks to repair. It was done in 10 days. Kia even paid for my car rental. Kia is the BEST!

Y’all I can’t stress enough how awesome all the ones at the service department are! They have really got to be some of the nicest people ever! And I wish I got a name but I seen a guy (front counter/dark hair) walk out with a older man open his door wait very patiently while he got in the car and even closed the door for him! With each oil change I’ve got my car washed and it comes back to me so clean! Please keep up the great work. Trust me even the small things don’t go unnoticed! Thanks for everything!
