Just wanted to say i have been very pleased with rusty Wallace Kia on Callahan drive ,knoxville.I purchased a 2015 sportage last year,and I appreciate the way they don't pressure you to buy or trade . I had a couple of minor problems this week with the Kia so scheduled a service appointment.the service was great,.I thought I would be sitting waiting half the day but was out of there in a hour. They are very professional,courteous and willing to work around your schedule.not theres.very satisfied with Rusty Wallace Kia.
Employees are very courteous and helpful. Customer waiting area is comfortable stocked with soft drinks and snacks.
Never again will my family buy from here. My mother bought a Kia Forte in 2010, service was great. However, my sister, who works 2 jobs and is a college student, bought a car back in September of 2016 from here. It was great until a couple months later. She had to replace back struts, and now she is having to get her car completely serviced. Transmission fluid hadn't been changed since factory and numerous other issues. I have to brag on this great dealership! Bob Miller sold me a 2015 Kia Soul Saturday. I went to the lot with the my only intention being to look, well Bob sent me home in my dream car. One thing that really impressed me about Bob was that he not only made sure I was comfortable with my purchase, but that my husband was too. That was what sold me on the dealership. Never in my whole life have i ever been able to purchase a new/newer car before. Last night I was able to do just that with the help of trading in my hunk of junk. I now have a 2016 Blue Kia Optima.
