I took my 2014 Kia Sorento in for a recall. The service department and area is very nice and comfortable. While waiting I decided to look around and see what they had. I would in the future LOVE to purchase a new Sorento. I requested to speak to a gentleman I had met earlier, SCOTT STIFF. I told him I just wanted to look around that I was NOT buying at the time. I have tried multiple times to contact the general manager. Each time Ive called Ive been told hes in a meeting, not in, or that he is with customers. They have taken my name & number for a call back that i have yet to recieve and this is day three of trying to contact someone!!!!
I had spoken with Brandon on many occasions. He worked with me to get exactly what i wanted, and he made it happen. The team wasn't pushy, or aggressive sellers, they took care of everything and gave me the best deal and the car that I wanted!!!
