The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent with us. He did a great job of answering our questions and walking us through the process. This is our first brand new car in at least ten years and he patiently showed us all the new features and apps on the car.

We are so impressed with rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville! All of the people who we dealt with were beyond patient and understanding. They helped us through the process and gave us the best deal out of all of the dealerships we had visited in our time looking for a car.
Today on my way to take my aunt with dementia I got a nail in my tire. She had an appointment at 9:45 and I called Rusty Wallace Kia and told them my situation, they said come on in and they had me a car waiting with the car running waiting on me. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. And I was on time for my aunts doctors appointment! I called back and asked if they could change my oil, they said No Problem!! Thank you so much! You made my bad day into a great day!
