This happened on May 14, 2016 and I emailed this to the dealer and never heard a response. This was Saturday's Brake debacle. When I had my oil changed last (at 80K miles), they told me the front pads were finally worn. (I'd asked about brakes each of the last few times I'd had the car serviced, I knew they should wear out some time.) Anybody in the Knoxville Tennessee area, I DO NOT, recommend going to Rusty Wallace KIA! I was treated like scum when I went in for a warranty repair. I wasnt mad at the decision to not put the repair under warranty, I was mad because of the attitude I got.
