High level of professionalism. The staff here were incredibly helpful, approachable and made you feel welcome. I had an issue with a ring I bought within 2 weeks of having it, and they were more than helpful with restoring it and making the whole experience convenient for me. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Have been using Russell Lane Jewellers for years and their jewellery is absolutely stunning. You will find vintage and antique period pieces that are so unique. Andrea and Vaughn are amazing and another reason we keep coming back to purchase.

They re-sized a family ring for me recently, pretty antique diamond ring, not the biggest or most valuable, yet the service was as kind and courteous as if I were spending thousands. I have shopped in Russell Lane over a period of nearly 30 years and the service has always been like this.

What exemplary service we have received from Russell Lane this month, with adjustments and valuations of two rings and replating of a wedding band. The workmanship has been of a faultless standard across all three (including the band plating being the highest quality I have ever had), and the service, too - with its unwavering professionalism and warmth - has certainly shown up some of the ‘bigger’ independent jewellers in the area. I am sure we will be very happy repeat customers in the future.
