I just wanted to take a few moments to say that the service department at Russell Honda is AWESOME! They have always been very pleasant and professional every time I have had my truck in there for any kind of service or repairs. This go round my service advisor was Carlos, and he did an excellent job of keeping me informed along the way, and making sure I was taken care of quickly.
