I spent 3+ hours in there salesman kept lying about how long the van was on the lot it had been there for 12 days but he kept saying no just 2 days. When I told them straight forward what I could put down and what I could do, and they wanted more i thanked him and left that was 5 days ago and no one has contacted me emailed me called me texted me nothing. At this point I can't recommend them to anyone and I wont be back
RecommendedCARLOS IS THE MAN!!! my car was at mclarty honda in fayetteville, they quoted me $700 minimum. i took it it to russell honda and only paid $15 for the gas that was run through my car!!! dont take your honda anywhere but here to get worked on

The sales person was very nice and called me promptly. She kept me updated and notified me immediately when the car sold to someone else.
I had a timing belt replaced which i bought off ebay unkown to me at that time i didnt know it was a knock off it said oem honda had replaced and a tire the labor was fine the first time So after about two months after the work the belt breaks I send it back down have it looked at then they informed me that the belt is a knock off and they compared it with one of their belts I mean if your technician has put multiple belts on he would know if it was a knock off the belt or not bobbie swear informed me when he talk to me he w... read more
