We have two older Hondas and Carlos steers us straight in recommending what needs to be done and when, and goes the extra mile in taking care of our needs. Everyone there is very nice. I appreciate these guys very much.
They contacted me, but didn't really address the car that I inquired about. They just e-mailed me and said that they would be happy to setup a time to show me some cars and that they had several to choose from on the lot. I asked some specific questions about one vehicle that I was interested, but they didn't answer those questions or acknowledge if they even still had the car. As a result, I never went by to check out their cars.
Every time I take my vehicle there, I leave with a new problem. this time there is a protective shield torn and hanging underneath the car. the plug in the tire is suddenly not holding air. it was holding air until I took it to them at 10 a.m. on 10/04/19. they offered to repair it for $22 and change. however, I found out on 10/07/19 that they said it was unrepairable. they offered to repair something they said was irrepairable? Right now I can’t recommend and have to do some long thinking to become a customer again. I understand things get busy and it’s an honest mistake, but when your car come up missing and you’re being told that. The suddenly you go check to see if the car was found, only to find a random person get out of your car with your keys. To me that’s a problem. While on vacation this week, we had some problems with our car. Stopped in at Russell Honda was walked away three hours later with a new CRV. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.
Have bought 3 cars from them and loved each and every one. I have had my Accord for 17 years and they have done all the service work on the car. I could not have asked for better care.
