Been there a lot mostly for service. Did buy my last car from them. Always a good experience.
Worst customer service experience with the service department. They were difficult to deal with and insincere in their interaction.

Bought a brand new 2017 CR-V from Russell Honda. The oil was leaking from the plate cover for the timing belt. When my wife took the car in for repair they changed the oil and fixed oil leak. When we took the car back in for a oil change they said the the complimentary one time oil change had already been used so we did not get this one free. I love, love, love the preowned Honda Pilot that we bought earlier this year, and we had great service today. So impressed so far.
I just bought a 2016 Fit from Russell Honda. Love the car and had a great experience! This was especially nice after having a very disappointing experience at McLarty Honda. David Moore took great care of us. Seriously, if you want a Honda, go to Russell and see David Moore. Great dealership, wonderful salesman.
They Replied once but did not reply anymore when I replied. Forwarded my original email to Sales Manager- still no reply.
