I got their golden fried chicken and it came with a piece of sponge stuck to one of the chicken pieces. I took it back and asked for my money back and all they would give me was a credit for the next time I came in.

Good quality of meat. Desert is over priced. Waffles are just another shape pan cake and are the worst in West Michigan. On combination plates a vegetable substitution for potato is not allowed. Many senior citizens are diabetic and potato raises the blood sugar.
We've dined at Russ' for over 40 years and always come back!!

Service was great, food (perch) was cooked a little too much, but we ate it.
If you are open until 9pm you should probably serve people until then. Went through the drive thru to get a pack of cinnamon rolls, which are already made and ready to go, and was refused service...if the lady spent less time repeating herself that they were closed, which wasn't the case because it was before 9, and just rang up my easy 20 second order that would have been great...and she was the "manager", pretty ridiculous

Well it waz my first time yesterday and i have to say tht my N.Y. Steak waz Fantastic my mash potatoes waz good and the corn too. I have no problems with this restaurant. And i m thinking of going back!!! �����

I've been going to Russ' ever since I was a kid, but over the last year or so they seem to have declined in quality and variety. One example is that they've stopped selling some of the soups that have always been my family's favorites at the Henry St. location. We used to be told that bean soup was a "summer soup" (I have no idea what makes a soup only proper in the summer?!) but it wasn't available last summer (and has yet to be this summer).
