The chicken dinner is awesome Chicken corn chowder soup and a Ceasar salad
It is awesome homemade taste and has a great variety of deserts
I had a very nice experience at Russ south town today, they were out of pig in the blankets when I got there. Rose the receptionist had the kitchen heat up two for just me. Thank you. She certainly went the extra mile
Awful. 30+ minute wait for a burger that looked straight out of Burger King's kitchen. Tuna salad was watery. The soup bar has seen better days -- potato soup was thicker than mashed potatoes, other choices were low and basically just broth. Waitress forgot drinks. I'd say you get what you pay for, but for what they charge you should have an enjoyable meal and experience. Even after explaining what horrible accuracy with your to go orders to the manager Bob and yes another manager Barb. They still can't get a damn thing right. Order chicken with fries salad with ranch. No fries. No ranch. 2 burnt wings and a chicken leg bone with some crispy skin. Yum. Thx Russ. Ps. They tried to make it right once by giving me next meal. They F'd that up as well. Absolutely Bar none the WORST!!!!!!

I got burger that was just a frozen patty old lettuce cold handful of fries only mayo on a sogg bun for 9$ WTF might as well go to BK food sucked
We like the Rubin sandwiches and soup very good service and friendly.
They always forget my extra ranch I ask for and they never remember to look at the order and get it right! Always have tomato after I minus it! For the price you'd think you could atleast get what you paid for.
