It was disappointing, the service was not great, the food was okay, several items in our order were not brought out to us, and the restaurant was confusing and unclear as to what to do.

Fish n Chips on Wednesday w/fresh brewed Iced Tea, of course the later we can not get due to the fact that Russ' only offers Fountain Tea.

Been waiting over an hour, still no food, horrible service. The 4 people that ordered after us got their food first. I waited 30 min before I got my drink. Finally brought our food out and didn't bring all of my food, said it would be 3 more minutes for my biscuits and gravy. I told her to forget about bringing it out to me. I will never go back to a Russ' restaurant ever again.

Had a negative experience with drive through today. A waffle took 20 minutes, I ordered it with strawberries/whipcream, it came with cherries (no butter or syrup included) and the staff was not very friendly. I've been to many Muskegon and Grand Rapids Russ' with great service, just had a negative experience with this location.
