Horrible experience today at the Holland Michigan Lincoln location. Ordered the Meatloaf Stacker, Hot Beef and Veg Beef Soup. Half way through my wife noticed there was little hairs inn all three dishes. When speaking with the Manager she said that is how it looks. That is completely disgusting. I would not tell patrons that nor would i serve something that looks like someone dusted their food after a fresh haircut. I have eaten these dishes before and never seen anything like it. Don't eat here.
Great place..home cooking and friendly staff! A tradition in Holland! Favorite is the fudge cake!
We always love a good Russ' meal! A great place to bring our kiddos to as well!

Russ' East Town Holland did an awesome job hosting Bill's Retirement party. Dan took good care of everyone. Our waitress April was superb.

I have to vent. I went to Russ' 8th Street today (the 5th) at 1 o'clock for lunch with a friend. I ordered a burger she ordered a taco salad. My burger came and I requested silverware which comes wrapped in your napkin and ketchup for the fries. Server tells my friend her taco salad will be right out and will bring my requested items. She brings several orders to other tables still no taco salad or silverware and ketchup. I finally go to the kitchen to get silverware, napkin and ketchup as grease from burger is running down ... read more
