In an age of "we have our hands out for the tip we expect" before the service is performed it is a joy to be treated with great service and no tip expected. I wanted to say Thank you for you great service. Your staff kept us informed even when things were running late. When the wrong part showed up we were immediately informed. This past weekend, we went to Hat Rock Campground where we keep our Springdale trailer that we bought from Russ Dean last winter. We were going to "unwinterzie" the trailer. Mike Urain and I had been in communication about the steps to take so I thought we had it all under control. I have bought several RV's from Russ Dean over the years and to be honest, have not been happy with all of them. I have to say that although some of my RV's have come with some larger than usual problems, your service department has always impressed me. I called today and talked to Mike Urain because my slide unit was not working. I explained the problem and he explained what was most likely wrong and how to fix it. We usually do not write in to our dealers about sales or services that we received at dealers whether those services have been good or bad, but in this situation since the service that we received was more than exceptional, we decided that this was the exception.
I can't say enough good things about this company :) Even though, we decided not to purchase a particular camper here They made sure to let me know the pros and cons compared to the one I was looking at at their dealership and the other one I was looking at. I feel like they really do care not just about sales, but about the people. If you are looking to purchase something, Ryan Michaelsen was fabulous.
