We bought a used Cougar 5th wheel last month from Russ Dean RV. From Matt in sales to Mike, Blake and Tom everyone of you were very friendly and helpful. We were just starting a long road trip when we realized that our refrigerator would not work on the LP gas mode. We called & they said they would try to work us in. We were greeted immediately by Jennifer. About an hour later a technician came to tell us what had been wrong ( something left unhooked by another RV service center) and that our RV was ready to go. Great service by all. Thank you. Definitely a well run business.
I recently purchased a new RV from Russ Dean RV. I had previously purchased from another competitor. My previous sale was a nightmare. My experience with Russ Dean was great from start to finish. The staff have been helpful with all of my questions. The day I picked up my trailer the staff even fixed my trailer brakes because it wasn't hooked up and working (the competitor didn't install correct).
