DO NOT go to Russ dean Family RV unless you are ready for a great relationship with people who honestly want you to make the best choice when looking into a new RV or truck! They are so accommodating and family like it makes me sick......and tired of the other RV dealerships
Their service department has been stellar. We have bought a travel trailer and a fifth wheel from them and every time we have an issue I feel like they bend over backwards to accommodate us.

We purchased a Motor Home September 2008 from Russ Dean R.V. and from the Sales Department to the Service Department, the staff and Management of this Company cannot be surpassed. Cheryl from sales knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us something else. She kept looking until she found exactly what we wanted. Just want you all at Russ Dean how very very much we appreciate ALL that you have done for us. In an age of "we have our hands out for the tip we expect" before the service is performed it is a joy to be treated with great service and no tip expected.
