While travelling thru the Tri Cities Area, we were in need of some minor warranty work on our 2015 BigHorn 5th wheel. We were fortunate enough to be directed to the Service Department at Russ Dean RV. As we were just travelling thru, Marvin from the Parts Department and Jose from Service adjusted their service schedule so that we would have a minimum wait once the part arrived. Matt and Jason in sales were great. I had a follow up issue in the shop and they made sure I was taken care of.
We were shopping for a Toyhauler and we went to Russ Dean. Jason Holloway was the salesman that greeted us as we pulled in. Told em what we we're lookin for and he was very helpful. Same day of shopping at Russ Dean, we purchased our Toyhauler. From the time of pullin in, all the way through doing out paperwork and to time of hookin up, the crew of Russ Dean went above and beyond to make sure we we're satisfied..... Will always do business with these folks

Russ Dean is by far the best in service, knowledge and friendliness. The quality of service has been consistent with each visit and/or call. We came in for a minor recall repair the first time and Blake in service actually came out and showed us what was repaired. Keep in mind, this was a recall repair, so no money was exchanged. He truly cared about the work that was done and us as customers. He even very patiently answered other questions we had. Great customer service! All the staff was fantastic and patient. Picked up our RV yesterday, so I'm here to update! Wow. Such an easy process. They walked us through everything in the motorhome and with such detail. We also have Mikes card to call with any questions we may have. With the in it came and amazing and somewhat expensive welcome box of anything we could possibly need to get out on the open road! Can't thank these guys enoug.
