I have a credit with Russ darrow for not fixing my car b4. I paid $450 for a Tyrod I didn’t need!! The new tyrod didn’t fix my problem. Then I was told I could PAY extra money to fix my original problem. No Thankx!! I just want my money back please!!! Refund please!!!! No I don’t want you to “fix” my car. I gave you that chance!! I just want my money back!!!!
RecommendedJust had oil change. I recommend a better car wash. Left car dirtier than when I brought it in. All dirty spots left all over it.
What an amazing experience. From Wally to Brandon to the entire staff, we were treated with kindness & respect. We even joked around and had some fun. We will be back!
