Had it all set up for them to bring a car to one of their dealerships closer to where I live and then a few hours before I was suppose to go see the car they call and tell me they won't bring the car up.That is FANTASTIC customer service! I will never buy a car from them nor will I ever refer anyone to buy from them!

Russ Darrow Kia of Waukesha has horrendous Customer service. The service department is incompetent to repair their customers vehicles. The warranty is a scam and they need to be reported to BBB. They will lie and scam customers out of as much money as they can get while they sell you a lemon! Do Not buy a vehicle from this dealership. If you have purchased a vehicle from this dealership do not take it there for any repair. They will break the car more and then blame the customer!
