Yesterday I was at Russ Darrow Kia in Waukesha car shopping. While in Dennis Cardinals office he asked me if it was worthwhile to discuss numbers as “not all decision makers are here” implying my husband should be making the financial decisions. I told him that was offensive and it’s my car therefore my decision. After coming back with initial numbers, I presented my negotiation. Oil change took an hour but they always have coupons with good prices. Also they give you a free oil change around your birthday.

Desmond was very professional and helpful:). Recently bought a sorento that had an issue with the screen. Even tho it was back to working that day, he documented it in the system to show when it started having issues. Everyone in service was very polite and friendly.
