the sales department is pushy and rude as hell. i jad to snap on a sales guy before i ended up almost walking out.then i dealt with management. even that was still pretty rude and pushy. As far as service department they are ok...especially CHUCK,had outstanding service to me.
Service attendant great! I don’t understand why they want to charge me for the oil that is recommended for my car. I get 3 free oil changes but they give me oil, NOT RECOMMEDED FOr MY VEHICLE. Free car wash, great? Couldn’t they dry it?!!
