Filing a claim with Better Business Bureau! This company is the worst. Be careful! Terrible service, our sales guy was super nice and the only reason we bought from Russ Darrow. The managers will do anything to get you buy, including multiple lies. I would never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.

We absolutely love our new vehicle! Brandon, Dennis and Gregg were a pleasure to work with. We did have some questions after our purchase, so we came back in and Brandon explained everything to us thoroughly. Wally was awesome! Just bought a lancer ralliart from him and he made it so smooth and easy! I had just gotten off a very long shift as a paramedic and he knew I was tired and did everything he could to speed things up. 10/10 would recommend Wally for sure! :)
