Joshua who normally takes care of me when I bring my vehicle in is always very friendly, greets me with a smile and keeps me informed when when car is being done. All the staff at Russ Darrow KIA Waukesha are all very accommodating. Thanks as always for the great service!
Spent 3 hrs there for an oil change and a valve replacement with very minimal updates. Got home and the same tire they fixed still had a slow leak, not to mention the service person didn’t put a mat down and got grime and oil all over my driver side carpet mat. Disappointed with the service.
Went to go check out a car that I found online. The car was dirty and had an obvious issue with the passenger side axel once we started driving. There was also more damage than highlighted in the pictures. The salesman was also very quick to evade any issues with the car that I brought up. Was then given no wiggle room with a cash offer that was only off a couple hundred to compensate for the repairs and detailing required. I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership. Every time I have been there they have been extremely accommodating, kind, patient and most importantly they help educate you on any questions you may have. They go above and beyond to help you get exactly what you are asking for. They are one of the few dealerships that still treat you like person and not just price a tag!
