My wife and I have bought 7 cars from Russ Darrow Waukesha. For the past 6 of them Dennis has been our sales guy. We absolutely love this dealership and their staff. They always seem to understand exactly what we’re looking for and find a vehicle that fits our needs. We’ll continue to go back when it’s time for another new vehicle. Unbelievably unprofessional, horrible customer service. Be careful with any “certified used” guarantees. They sell, unsafe and falsely advertised vehicles. I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and the brake pads fell off when driving! Calls haven’t been returned and sales manager/general manager have completely ignored my attempts to rectify the situation. Huge liability!!! Purchased a vehicle a few years ago. They put Nissan rims on my Honda with Honda lugnuts. Only having my vehicle a couple months, I went to them after my tire came off on the highway and they told me it had nothing to do with it. Refused to work with me. No auto or tire place would work on my vehicle because it was too much of a liability with the lugnuts unless I got all new rims and tires and I went to multiple places. A second time the tire went and my airbags deployed and I blacked out when they did. Ha... read more
