Nice If you want to buy a Honda...this is the place to go. Excellent sales professionals with no pressure. They work very hard to make you a good deal. I recommend.
Great Place Great Place, Clean atmosphere. Salesman aren't pushy like some dealers and the service wait was tolerable. If you are local and need a newer vehicle then I would add this place to your list.
best Honda dealer This was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. I received a price quote online and, when I came in, the price was the same as quoted. Sounds simle, but this was not my experience with other dealers who had cheap accessories installed on cars at inflated prices. I would absolutely recommend this dealer.
Nice place for routine service The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They told me that service would take 1.5 to 2 hours, so I decided to wait. They have a free shuttle that would have taken me home, but I gave the dealership 4 stars because the shuttle would not have been a viable option (there was only one shuttle, and it didn't show up until I had been waiting 45 minutes). Neat computer sales displays at O'Donnell Honda! Great service too! Just a few days ago I visited the O'Donnell Honda dealership in Ellicott City MD to find that they have a computer system that will show you colors, models, pricing, etc.. I had never seen this before. I was working with a gentleman by the name of Mike Scandora who is the program coordinator and he too was quite knowledgeable. Great, caring staff There were two finance managers there; one was Bill, an ex-marine who was outstanding. They took really good care of everything we needed.
Very Upset Custoemr I just purchased a 2008 Honda CRV EXL yesterday...only today to have a dead battery today. I had to wait an hour and a half for roadside assistance and he informed me that Bob Howard sold me a 4 yr old vehicle with a very old battery that is clearly no good. It's the original Honda battery that is 4 yrs old! I had to run the CRV for 45 minutes to recharge it and it ruined my plans for the evening.
