BOOOO, Russ Darrow I have been driving Toyota landcruisers for years and was in the market for another Toyota SUV. I found a Highlander on line at Russ Darrow west bend. I called at 1 in the afternoon and inquired if I could see that care AND TEST DRIVE it that evening, directly after work. I was told by the Boy wonder. Fantastic people and beautiful car lot I was looking for a newer SUV for my children they assisted us to test drive and look at a wide array of different motors. Verbally Assaulted by Arrogant Salesman I have been buying cars for our family for 25 years. While I have encountered some arrogant salesman over the years, this by far exceeds any bad experience I have ever had. The only reason I went to this dealership was because of a Costco Auto Buying Service. As an Exec. Costco membership you are supposed to be given a significant discount without the hassle.
