BUYER BEWARE!!!! To whom ever reads this review please do not take my experience lightly. I did and the same experience a few other had, has now happened to me. I recently bought a used car from Russ Darrow Honda - Dale - and am entirely disgusted. The whole experience was terrible, but I didn't go with my gut feeling. happy My partner and I am very happy with my practical experience at this Russ Darrow Dealership. Their approach puts you at ease during the negotiation and final purchase. Suzuki Drive Yesterday I went in for a test drive of a 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara...it was purely a test drive out of curiosity and the dealership knew that yet they were just as friendly and helpful as if I had came in and said I have $5,000 to put down a car and want to take it home today. While I was there I really liked the cars they sell to so because of how kind they were I would recommend this location to friends.

Verbally Assaulted by Arrogant Salesman I have been buying cars for our family for 25 years. While I have encountered some arrogant salesman over the years, this by far exceeds any bad experience I have ever had. The only reason I went to this dealership was because of a Costco Auto Buying Service. As an Exec. Costco membership you are supposed to be given a significant discount without the hassle.
