Personal belongings stolen from car. Took my car for an oil change there on 7/21/12..i forgot to remove my Gps from the glove box. I noticed it was missing the next day. I always lock the car and park in a garage..therefore someone from the service department must have stolen it...not cool at all.
I had a great experience When i got there we picked out a car. We walked around a car inside to keep out of the weather, we went through the entire car as she explained everything about it and answered all of my questions. Then she pulled the car we picked out up to the front of the building so I did not have to walk all the way out there in the cold for the test drive. Ripped Me OFF!! Absolute Liars!!! I bought a used 06 Odysey van about 6 months ago from the used Bob Howard Honda sales and it was the worst mistake ever. Arron Scott was the absolute biggest liar I have ever delt with in car sales. He delivered the van to me the night I bought it with the empty fuel light on and walked away before I saw it. Bob Howard Damaged my car!!! Dennis Davis- the GM DENIED IT!!! Long story short. I took my car in to have the oil changed and they dropped something on my bumper damaging it and totally denied it. They looked at it with a radio shack magnafying glass and said they saw dust particles in the scratch and they couldn't have done it!!! Dennis Davis and Jeff Salamat are criminals!!! I contacted Honda. We'll see what happens next
trustworthy How often can you say that the service department at a car dealer won't rip you off. My experience at D & C of Tenafly is that t hey are one of a rare breed. They have always done what they said they would do and not tried to sell me on repairs that didn't really need to be done right then. That gives me a comfort level that I really appreciate.
