Overall Good Experience I wonât say my experience with Honda Universe is the best one but it is not as bad as I had in my past with other car dealers. These people are calm and happy to help with a smile on their face. This attitude alone encouraged me to do business with them. I bought a Honda Odyssey from them and it was delivered as promised. Happy to see some people actually work and stand by their words.
Great Guys to Work With Aerodynamic look of the Honda Civic always attracted me. I wanted to buy the car but was not getting a good deal. My friend Andrew suggested Honda Universe. I got my chosen color for the car (it was difficult to get) at the same price at which other colors were available. Now that is a steal for me. After this experience I can say that Honda Universe can arrange any car of any color for anyone.
Got My Odyssey On Time In the first week of January I got my Honda Odyssey and on time as promised by of Honda Universe. I am impressed by these guys. No extra charge and good service. Just to be true, these guys are not shady like other dealers out there.
Good Interest Rate Here Interest rates at Honda Universe are very low and now anyone can afford a car if they want to. I bought Honda Civic from them, the sedan model for just 0.9% interest for 24 months. Now that is a deal isnât it?
Got What I Wanted My wife and I like to go hiking and biking so for that I needed a spacious car. Honda Universe offered me Honda Element. It suits my needs and Honda Universe sales team knew a lot about it. They gave me what I needed for a price that I donât think is available any where nearby.
Smooth Process I wanted a new car for my wife. We are a loyal customers of Honda and so we approached Honda Universe. The guys were good and friendly enough. All paper work was done quickly without any hassle and delivery was done on time. Overall they are good people to deal with.
Great Customer Service From start to finish the customer service has been exceptional at this dealership. For an out-of-state buyer, trust is key, and Greg proved early on that he would be completely honest about the condition of the vehicle and all fees associated with the transaction. Call me if you want a better deal than you get frm Carey Paul Honda I recently purchased a car because they were "supposed" to be giving a great deal as per deal made with my employer. 10 days later, I find out that they take you to the cleaners. I am letting my employer know about this and also the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. If you are ever in the market for a new car in Gwinnett County, let me know and I will hook you with the best price ever.
Carey Paul Honda is way out of line with their service prices How is it I got a price quote for a catalytic converter for labor and parts for $1238.00 yet I take it to a local Meineke just down the road and for parts and labor its only $400? I also got a much better warranty 5 years from Meinke versus 12 months from the dealership who incidentally did not have the part in stock and wanted it paid for in advance to order it and could not return it if I changed my mind.
