good service This huge auto center has lots of new foreign cars, but not a lot of used. I also go here for my repairs because you know it will be a good job, but it is a little pricey.
great cars My husband and I bought a car here a few months ago. We like the car but the salesman was very pushy. We went back and forth on prices for 2-3hours. They couldn't take no for an answer. The worst part was they said we could afford the car no problem because of my husbands job. I thought it was rude. All in all the cars are great, not a lot of used cars to choose from though.
Car Purchase I purchased a car here last October and was very pleased by their process. They gave me a good trade in value for my car and a good price on a new Civic ⦠there was no sales pressure .
Midget Service Drive Thief I worked with a Short Service Drive Guy who acted like he was really looking out for me. I had a Problem with my air conditioning. You would have thought that my car was more complicated than Uterine Brain surgery on a fetus. So he worked with e and said it would only be $ 1450 give or take. Kathy Sutton is the only service person to deal with ! I bought my car here 2 years ago. It was used but its a Honda. The dealership is very close to my office so I use it for maintenance. Kathy Sutton is in the service department and she is awesome. They have others that are not - pushy sales people in the Service Dept. I will never go to anyone but Kathy Sutton. Mankato Honda We just recently purchased a used Honda motorcycle. Even though we didn't purchase it from them they were very helpful in answering questions we had and we bought our helmts from them.
Service sometimes questionable When I first bought the car after all the paperwork was signed the salesman then pointed out there was an area on the hood of car where the clear coat was never applied. Salesperson would "take care of it" by having me take the car to the body shop to have it painted..thus me not getting my car for another day. Been burned by the service department a couple of times. 09 Pilot and Bob Bob, our sales man, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to really explain why we needed the 09 Pilot. Another salesman, helped in this endeavor. I forgot his name, but he was full of information on each model of the Pilot and why the 09 would be the best purchase for us. They kept us in Kato, instead of driving out of town for a Pilot. We drove in from St Paul/Minneapolis area to Mankato to buy a new vehicle.
