I recently bought a used car from Russ Darrow Honda - Dale - and am entirely disgusted. The whole experience was terrible, but I didn't go with my gut feeling. Stay away from here Poorly managed and run company. Customer service couldnt have been lazier. After driving 4 hours to purchase 2008 car with signed purchas agreement and appt made five days inadvance, car not ready. Told it was getting gassed up. 1 1/2 hours later said detailers- "best in state"- almost done. Finally got car, about 1/2 tank of gas in car, no floor mats, gymdrop on floor on passenger Side, previous owner's DVD still in, needed oil change within twoweeks per computer message.
