contacting this medical centre is a nightmare as a for instance, i was today left waiting for almost 45 mins for the surgery to answer the phone after being left a voice message from a dr asking me to ring the surgery, this is infact so regular that 40-50 mins waiting for them to answer the phone is not unusual, after having open heart surgery in April of this year when released from Leicester hospital i was told by the surgeon to see my dr within 7 days to check everything was going well, after finally get through i was tol... read more
Have not been able to see a doctor in 5+ years. This surgery is a joke and is putting patients health at risk. Featured on the News and the local news and still the NHS and Gavernement are not doing anything about the owners. I suppose they are exploiting a loophole or a technicality , whatever it is it needs to be stopped now. I have written to my local MP (Gen Kitchen), I would suggest that every patient contact Gen Kitchen by either phone/mail/visit to her Clinic and make their voices heard and get the Surgery audited.
