I've been visiting Tor for a number of years. At first, it was always to fix a problem with my back or legs due to intense training. Now it's built into my recovery plan and I visit Tor every 4-6 weeks, the results are fantastic and I highly recommend her to anybody that wants to take better care of themselves rather than waiting for an injury to occur.
Have been attending injury rehabilitation with Victoria now for quite some time and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I was put in touch with her after a car accident had left my back in a bad way, I used to get so much pain when the muscles used to spasm. Victoria has worked her magic and I feel so much better each and every time I have treatment. I visited Tori a few years ago following a serious running injury whilst training for my first ever marathon. She used incredible insight and passion in what she does to create a recovery plan for my marathon, but also we worked on my running technique to help prevent my injury happening again. I have since completed 5 marathons in the last couple of years and I owe a lot of that to Tori's incredible talent.
