Runa is a saviour, she has taught me how to think differently, I have had x3 sessions and already feel different in how my mental wellbeing is. I would recommend her to anyone who is needing her help. I will always be thankful for her time, dedication and efforts she has shown and helped me with before my baby is due soon. I will always be grateful for that.

I have had a transformative time working with Runa. She is so insightful and attuned to how you might be thinking and feeling and is excellent at exploring areas with you, ones you wouldn't have identified yourself. As a multiply neurodivergent person, I have been able to explore my strengths and experiences with Runa, which has really opened my perspective and helped me. She created a very safe space and I have gained lots of tools. Thank you Runa!

Runa has a kind and professional approach to supervision of coaching. She asks the right questions for in depth reflections and analysis of a situations. She uses the appropriate level of challenge to make you think of the situation from a different perspective. She’s happy to share her wisdom too. I would highly recommend her coaching supervision sessions.
