She was so helpful with breaking down my problems and thoughts into pieces. She helped me prioritize what is important for myself, without steering me or being biased. She allowed me to think for myself about what's more important, and to ask myself what and why I am doing what I do. We figured out what affects me, and how to strategize and cope with my issues so I am able to avoid burnout. I highly recommend her.
