Ruffin It and their staff take impeccable care of our two dogs, each of who has their own set of special needs in different ways. I am indebted to them for their care, and I honestly don't know what I would do without them! They help make anytime I have to travel stress-free from worrying about my dogs, and daycare really helps Dexter with some of his behavioral issues at home. Highly recommended.
We brought our dogs here for 6 nights after our normal boarding place was completely full. I was scared and honestly cried after leaving them in the care of people I was unfamiliar with. One of our dogs had a terrible ear infection the day we dropped him off. I was terrified. Upon picking them up, I must say that I was extremely happy. My mom and I brought our dogs to Ruffing It for five days, and when we came back to get our dogs Monday night (6/22/15) her dog was very tired and vomiting (she was not sick when she was brought in). My two dogs were very riled up when I went in to get them. They have had very bad loose stools and they've been vomiting since(they were also not sick when brought in). Both of my dogs came home not only VERY hyper and extremely thirsty last night, but also very sick. They both have been vomiting all day. They were in no way sick before they went to Ruffing It. This is the second time my dog Koda has come home sick from there, and we have taken him there 3 times. The first time I thought it was a coincidence, but I know now it's not. My dogs will not be going back.
Just picked up my bichons from a week long stay. They were happy and calm and apparently had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.
