Absolutely the best place to take my Sassy to be groomed!! After a horrible experience at my local groomer my shzitpoo looks adorable. I have been taking her here for about a year and couldn't ask for any better! They listen, compassionate, and all very caring!! Thank you again!!
My dog Otis was a regular at ruffing it. He always came home happy and best yet tired! The staff was excellent. I could tell they enjoyed their jobs and my dog was well taken care of. Unfortunately, we don't go there anymore because we moved to Arizona. After being in Arizona for a few months and not being able to find a dog daycare that allows the dogs to play together makes us miss the great experience we had at ruffing it! Can't go wrong bringing your furr friend there in grand forks! Defiantly a one of a kind place!
I bring my dog strider there usually once a week. He loves goong there and is always excited to see me when i pick him up. The staff is super nice not only to me but to strider also. He also comes home super thirsty but he is so tired when he gets home we know he just didnt drink much becauee he was busy. I ask if he wants to go to daycare and he gets excited and runs to his leash. He can barely contain himself when we turn to the paking lot.

Ruffin it Doggy Grooming in Grand Forks, ND I am putting you on BLAST! Not only did you totally shave my poor dog down to the skin (in the coldest part of the winter) you cut him too. I will be calling your owners tomorrow and having a nice long talk with them. When I talked to the manager I was dismissed and talked down to. Oh and thanks for making pay full price for this horrific hair cut. We will not be returning to your business. And dang it that makes me sad because I want to support local businesses.
My Labrador loves it there. She always comes home tired and worn out, which I love. I do wish the staff would allow her to drink more water during her stay though. She always runs to her water bowl when she gets home and drinks for a minute straight. The staff is very nice and always knows what dog I'm there for. They always give me her belongings back and any left over food she didn't eat. That is always nice. I'd recommend Ruffing it to anyone. A+++
They are so great when it comes to grooming my dogs! Two of my dogs only get baths and nail trims, but my other dog gets a full hair cut, with a mohawk and beard. They are amazing! :)
