RecommendedUsed Ruffin it for the first time today and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They were so kind and efficient with my 4 month old puppy as he got his first grooming! We will be using them too for daycare when he is old enough!!! Thank you to you all!
my dog was taken care of, but she did get kennel cough which is upsetting as did my moms.... also my moms dogs blanket was covered in poop...we weren't impressed.
Best choice in town! My dog absolutely loves going there! Joy runs a tight ship, it is clean and well organized! Every single employee is excited to greet my Ozzy when he walks in! I can’t recommend this place enough! The grooming is also outstanding! Ten star dog resort! Thank you ruffing it for the phenomenal care given to my fur baby every time he is in your care!
Our little pup get treated like the queen that she thinks she is every time she goes there. They are FANTASTIC! I love taking her there.
the staff love animals and are great caregivers. they make sure your baby or babies have the best care.
My dog Maple always comes home from the best baths ever. My sisters dog goes to daycare all the time and the staff is always so friendly with him! Definitely recommend bringing your dog here!!
I sure do! My dog Beisley goes there for daycare from time to time & the staff are all very nice & really seem to care about the animals! I also really love the option to watch your dog at daycare via the cameras. So fun to watch all the pups play together & with staff.
I have been taking my dogs there for years this last time was horrible Jamie burned my dogs belly with the the clipper I have pictures worst haircut ever will not bring my dogs back there again
Boarded my dogs here for the first time 2 weeks ago for a week. Didn’t have a negative experience but didn’t have a positive one. We usually board somewhere else in town but they were full, so we gave Ruffin it a chance! When I picked up my pups (two large sweet dogs) they seemed normal and fine. But, I had to ask the employee that brought them out to me how the girls did (I mean, we’re gone for 8 days and I wanted to hear a little detail about their stay at a new place!) and asked how they played and if they were nervous at... read more
